Troubleshooting
Wobbly table or stools
Ensure all screws are fully tightened. Check that the furniture is placed on a level surface. If wobble persists, double-check the alignment of the bases and tabletop.
Fibre cement surface stains
For fresh stains, wipe immediately with a damp cloth. For persistent stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Acacia wood appearing dry or faded
Apply a suitable outdoor wood oil or sealant to the acacia wood components. This will restore moisture and protect the wood from UV damage and drying.
Damage during delivery
Inspect all components upon arrival. If any damage is found, contact the retailer immediately with photographic evidence to arrange for replacements or repairs.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Assembly is required. The set typically involves attaching the acacia wood bases to the fibre cement tabletop and stools. Ensure all screws are tightened securely. Due to the weight of the components, it is recommended to have two people for assembly.
Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use on stable, level surfaces such as patios, decks, or garden lawns. It is also compatible with indoor dining spaces.
Care: Clean the fibre cement surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners. The acacia wood base should be treated periodically with a wood oil or sealant suitable for outdoor furniture to maintain its appearance and protect it from drying out. Store stools indoors or cover them during prolonged periods of non-use or harsh weather to prolong their lifespan.
