How do I choose the right fabric for my bed?

What types of storage configurations are offered?

Storage options vary by size. Small Single and Single sizes offer no drawers or 2 drawers. Small Double through Super King sizes offer no drawers, 2 drawers (available on the left, right, or footend), or 4 drawers.

Is a mattress included with the bed frame?

No, the mattress is sold separately. The Monaco Divan Bed is designed to be compatible with most standard mattress types.

How is the headboard attached?

The bed includes a 26-inch strutted headboard with pre-fitted metal clips and headboard bolts. These are used to securely attach the headboard to the divan base during assembly.

Can the bed be easily moved?

Yes, the bed is equipped with chrome gliders on the base. These protect your floors and facilitate easier repositioning of the bed.

Where is the bed frame manufactured?

Troubleshooting

Bed frame appears unstable

Ensure all headboard bolts and fixings are tightened securely. Check that the chrome gliders are properly attached to the base.

Drawers are difficult to open or close

Verify that the drawers are correctly aligned with the runners. Check for any obstructions within the drawer runners or around the drawer itself. Ensure the bed is on a level surface.

Headboard is wobbly

Re-tighten the headboard bolts connecting the headboard to the bed base. Ensure the strutted headboard is correctly positioned on the base.

Fabric shows minor marks

Gently spot clean the affected area with a damp cloth and a mild, color-safe detergent. Blot dry with a clean cloth. Avoid soaking the fabric.

Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The bed frame comes with a platform-top base (one piece for Small Single/Single, two pieces for larger sizes), a 26-inch strutted headboard, chrome gliders, pre-fitted metal clips, and headboard bolts. Assembly typically involves attaching the headboard to the base using the provided bolts and fixings. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, especially for larger sizes. Ensure all fixings are tightened securely before use.

Compatibility: The Monaco Divan Bed is designed to work with most standard mattress types. The platform-top base provides a solid surface, suitable for memory foam, hybrid, or sprung mattresses. Always refer to your mattress manufacturer's recommendations.

Care: To maintain the appearance of your bed, regularly dust the frame and headboard. For fabric upholstery, spot clean with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the chrome gliders, a simple wipe with a soft, dry cloth is sufficient.
