Bosch Induction Hob - Black

You must use induction-compatible cookware. Look for the induction symbol on the bottom of your pans, or test with a magnet – if the magnet sticks, it's compatible.

Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface after each use. For stubborn stains, use a ceramic hob cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

The CombiZone feature allows you to combine two cooking zones into one larger zone, perfect for oversized cookware.

PowerBoost provides a short burst of extra power to a cooking zone for faster heating, ideal for boiling water or quickly heating up food.

The hob will shut down. Once power is restored, the hob will restart, and the ReStart function will allow you to resume your previous settings.

Press and hold the ChildLock button to lock the control panel and prevent children from accidentally changing the settings. Repeat to unlock.

If you turn off the cooktop, it saves the last selected setting for a short time. If the cooktop is switched off within a short time again the former settings are still available.

The model number, PWP611BB5B, is located on a label on the underside of the hob and on the product packaging.

Check the power supply. Ensure the hob is properly plugged into the socket and the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. If the hob has power, but does not turn on, it may have an internal fault.

Make sure you are using induction-compatible cookware. Check that the cookware is properly placed on the cooking zone. Verify that the power level is set correctly.

Refer to the user manual for specific error code meanings. In many cases, turning off and on the hob will reset the error. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Make sure the cookware base is completely flat and making full contact with the hob's surface. Use the PowerBoost function for faster heating.
