Full details

The VEVOR Welding Table (800lb-1) is designed for professional metalworkers and dedicated hobbyists who require a stable, organized workspace for welding, assembly, and repair tasks. Its primary benefit is the combination of a high-load-bearing 800-pound capacity and a versatile grid of fixture holes that streamline clamping and project alignment. However, users should note that at 36 x 24 inches, it is a compact workbench that may be better suited for smaller projects or as an auxiliary surface in larger workshops.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly of the table is straightforward and requires basic tools to secure the legs to the tabletop frame. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely before loading the surface with heavy metal. For compatibility, ensure your clamps are designed for 0.63-inch diameter holes to take full advantage of the fixture system.

Care instructions include keeping the tabletop clean of slag, spatter, and debris to maintain a flat surface. Periodically check the adjustment on the foot pads to ensure the table has not shifted over time. If working with materials prone to corrosion, consider applying a light coat of anti-spatter spray or protective oil to the tabletop surface to prevent rust and make clean-up easier.
