The Slumberdown Orthopaedic Pet Bed is designed for dogs needing extra joint support, providing a plush yet firm sanctuary for restful sleep. Its key benefit is enhanced comfort and pressure relief for achy joints, particularly beneficial for older dogs. A potential caveat is that the supportive filling may take some time to fully expand after unpacking.

It's recommended to wash the cover regularly, especially if your pet spends a lot of time on the bed or is prone to bringing in dirt. Monthly washing is a good general guideline, or as needed.
No, only the outer cover is machine washable. The inner orthopaedic filling should not be machine washed; spot clean only if necessary.
This bed is designed for comfort and support, not for chewers. If your dog is a destructive chewer, supervision is recommended, and a more durable, chew-resistant bed might be a better option.
The high-density orthopaedic filling is designed to maintain its supportive properties for a long period with proper care. However, like all pet beds, it will eventually show signs of wear over extended use.
The bed is designed for indoor use. Exposure to outdoor elements may damage the materials and reduce its lifespan.
Specific dimensions vary by size. Please refer to the product listing or sizing guide for precise measurements to ensure the best fit for your pet.
Ensure the bed has had sufficient time (24-48 hours) to decompress after unpacking. If it's still uneven, gently push and shape the filling to encourage expansion.
Check that the filling is evenly distributed and not bunching up near the zipper area. Ensure the cover is completely dry before re-zipping.
Place familiar blankets or toys on the bed to make it more inviting. Encourage use with positive reinforcement. Some pets may take time to adjust to the new firmness.
Ensure the cover is thoroughly dry before putting it back on the bed. For stubborn odors, consider using a pet-safe enzyme cleaner on the cover or a very light application on the filling (test in an inconspicuous area first).
Setup: Upon receiving the Slumberdown Orthopaedic Pet Bed, remove it from its packaging. The orthopaedic filling may be compressed; allow it 24-48 hours to fully expand to its intended shape and firmness. Place the bed in your pet's preferred sleeping area.
Compatibility: This bed is suitable for dogs of various breeds and sizes, with specific sizes available. It is designed for indoor use.
Care Instructions: The cover of the Slumberdown Orthopaedic Pet Bed is machine washable.
Spot clean any small stains on the filling if necessary with a damp cloth, but avoid soaking the inner material.
