These ESD diagonal cutters from Knipex are designed for ultra-fine cutting work in electronics and mechanics. The pliers are made of high-quality ball bearing steel and processed with the highest degree of care. Each opening movement is gentle and without backlash, making work much easier for professionals. They feature a round head, precisely ground and sharp cutting edges with very small bevels for exact cutting, and cutting edges additionally induction hardened with a hardness of approximately 64 HRC. These cutters are approximately 20% lighter than conventional electronics pliers and have a bolted joint with carefully manufactured surfaces for smooth, low-friction movement. The smooth-running double spring ensures a gentle and even opening, and they are ergonomically designed. Precision pliers for ultra fine cutting work, e.g. in electronics and fine mechanics. Very precisely ground and sharp cutting edges with very small bevels for exact cutting on delicate electronic components. Also available without bevel for flush cutting.
