It features 64 cores and 128 threads, with a 256 MB L3 cache. The processor supports DDR5-SDRAM memory with dodeca-channel memory support and a maximum memory clock speed of 4800 MHz. With a Thermal Design Power (TDP) of 360 W, it is built on the AMD EPYC platform and uses the Socket SP5. AMD Infinity Guard technology is integrated to enhance security. It also supports PCI Express 5.0 with up to 128 lanes.
