Troubleshooting

Water flow is weak or non-existent.

Check the water source for adequate pressure. Inspect the hose and pencil jets for blockages and clear any obstructions.

The pole sections won't lock securely.

Ensure the locking mechanisms are clean and free of debris. Tighten the locking collars if necessary.

The brush leaves streaks or marks.

Ensure the brush head is clean and free of debris. Use a clean water source and adjust the water flow. If the problem persists, try using a suitable cleaning solution.

The pole feels heavy and difficult to control.

Ensure you are using proper technique. Try extending the pole in stages and avoid overextending in windy conditions. Take breaks if needed.
