Troubleshooting
Rug does not lay flat
Ensure the rug has been unrolled for at least 48 hours. Place heavy books or furniture on the edges to help flatten stubborn creases. Using a rug pad can also help it lay flat.
Fibers appear matted or flattened
Gently brush the pile with a soft-bristled brush or vacuum with an appropriate setting (e.g., suction only, no beater bar). Avoid excessive friction.
Spills or stains are visible
Blot the spill immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. Do not rub. For dried stains, use a mild soap and water solution, testing in an inconspicuous area first. Blot gently and allow to air dry. Professional cleaning may be necessary for tough stains.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Unroll the rug completely and allow it to lay flat for 24-48 hours to eliminate any creases from packaging. Ensure the chosen location is free of sharp objects that could damage the fibers. For added safety and stability, consider using a non-slip rug pad, especially on hard flooring or in high-traffic areas.
Compatibility: The FUN collection rugs are designed to complement children's room decor and can be placed on various floor types, including carpet, wood, tile, and laminate. Ensure the rug size chosen fits the intended space adequately.
Care: Regular vacuuming (without a beater bar, if possible) is recommended to remove surface dust and debris. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Professional cleaning is advised for deep stains or overall rejuvenation. Due to the nature of the Friese polypropylene, it is recommended to clean spills promptly to prevent them from setting.
