Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your Waterside dinnerware in optimal condition, handle each piece with care during cleaning and storage. While the glazed finish is durable, avoid using abrasive scouring pads or harsh metal tools that could dull the surface or leave permanent marks.
- Initial Cleaning: Wash all pieces in warm soapy water before the first use to remove any production residue.
- Storage: Due to the unique lip design, ensure plates are stacked evenly to prevent pressure on the raised edges, which can lead to chips over time.
- Daily Care: Use a gentle dish detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid stacking heavy items directly on top of the lipped edges.
- Temperature Changes: While suitable for everyday meals, avoid exposing the dinnerware to extreme temperature shocks, such as transferring directly from a freezer to a preheated oven, as this may compromise the glaze.
