The Thermolon ceramic coating is PFAS-free, ensuring no harmful chemicals are released during the cooking process.
Ensure you are using a small amount of oil or butter and avoid high heat, which can cause food to carbonize on the coating.
This is often caused by burnt oil residue; clean the pan with a soft sponge and a mixture of baking soda and water to gently remove deposits.
Before your first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. While the construction is robust, always use nylon, silicone, or wooden tools to protect the ceramic coating from nicks and scratches. For care, avoid using metal utensils or steel wool pads, as these will damage the Thermolon surface. To maintain the life of your pan, allow it to cool completely before rinsing under cold water to prevent thermal shock. Always place the pan on a burner that matches the diameter of its base to maximize energy efficiency and prevent handle overheating.
