Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maintain the longevity of your Olympia platter, ensure that stacks are not placed too high to prevent tipping or accidental impact. While the porcelain is dishwasher safe, avoid overloading the rack to prevent ceramic-on-ceramic contact that could cause microscopic abrasion over time. When using in a commercial oven, ensure the surface is not subjected to direct flames. For cleaning, standard mild detergents are sufficient; avoid harsh abrasive scouring pads which can dull the gloss finish of the glaze. If the platter is used in a freezer, allow it to reach room temperature before applying extreme direct heat to minimize the risk of thermal shock.
