Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, level, and free from debris before installation. Any imperfections in the subfloor can affect the final look and adhesion of the vinyl planks. Follow the manufacturer's recommended adhesive and application guidelines. Cut planks to size using a sharp utility knife or appropriate cutting tool.
Compatibility: These glue-down vinyl planks are compatible with most standard subfloors, including concrete, plywood, and existing resilient flooring, provided they are properly prepared and smooth. Not recommended for installation over carpet or loose-laid flooring.
Care: Clean regularly with a damp mop and a mild, non-abrasive floor cleaner. Avoid using excessive water, as this can seep into the adhesive. For tougher stains, use a pH-neutral cleaner. Protect the floor from excessive heat and direct sunlight, which can cause discoloration or damage over time. Use furniture pads on the legs of heavy furniture to prevent scratching.
