Triplast C5 board back envelopes are ideal for professionals, artists, and office administrators who need to ship A5 documents, certificates, or photographs that must remain flat. These envelopes provide a key benefit of superior structural integrity thanks to their 1000-micron solid board backing, though they are specifically sized for A5 items, meaning they cannot accommodate larger documents without folding.

These C5 envelopes are designed to hold A5 documents (229mm x 162mm) or smaller.
Yes, they are made from 100% recycled content and are fully kerbside recyclable and biodegradable.
While they feature a smooth surface suitable for labels or handwriting, check your printer specifications to ensure they can handle the thickness of board-backed envelopes.
No, the integrated peel-and-seal strip provides a strong and secure closure, though you may add tape if mailing internationally or for added peace of mind.
The text alerts couriers to be careful, but the rigid 1000-micron board back is the primary mechanism that physically protects your documents from bending.
Ensure the envelope flap is clean and free of paper dust or moisture before peeling the strip.
Use a small piece of removable document-safe adhesive to secure the contents to the board side of the envelope.
To use these envelopes, simply insert your document, peel the protective strip off the adhesive flap, and press the flap firmly across the top to seal. Ensure the document is centered to maximize the structural support provided by the backboard. Store these envelopes in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the adhesive and the rigidity of the cardboard. Avoid exposing them to excessive moisture, as the kraft paper front can soften and lose its protective qualities.
