Troubleshooting

Hair feels sticky or stiff after application.

Ensure you are spraying from the recommended distance (6 inches) and using an appropriate amount of product. Try combing through more thoroughly to distribute. Avoid over-application.

No noticeable volume or lift.

Confirm that the product is applied directly to the roots of damp hair. Ensure the hair is not too wet, as this can dilute the product's effect. For best results, use as part of the complete Redken Acidic Grow Full System.

Product seems to be blocked or not spraying properly.

Shake the can vigorously before use. Check if the nozzle is clogged and gently clean it with a damp cloth if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To use the Redken Acidic Grow Full System Instant Densifying Spray, start with clean, damp hair. Shake the can well and spray approximately 6 inches away from the scalp and roots. Comb through the hair from mid-lengths to ends to ensure even distribution. For optimal results, it is recommended to use this spray in conjunction with the other products in the Redken Acidic Grow Full System range. This product is generally compatible with most hair types, particularly those seeking added volume. To care for the product, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the cap is securely fastened after each use to prevent drying out.
